If you are a new to our studio, arrive 15 minutes prior to class to complete a waiver. This will also allow us time to introduce ourselves and welcome you to the studio.
Most of our classes are hot! Wear light, comfortable clothes. We have changing rooms and bathrooms are available….sorry, no showers.
Be well hydrated before class and come to practice on a light stomach. Reservations are not required. Studio opens 15-30 minutes before class begins.

If you prefer non -heated classes we offer Slow Flow,Power Basics and Relax and Renew.
Caution:If you have a sensitivity to heat,if you ever had heat stroke or tend to get
fatigued,dizzy or dehydrated quickly you should ask your doctor before practicing yoga
in a heated room.
