Charlotte Family Yoga Center is offering FREE YOGA ALL DAY – January 22, 2011

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (January 22, 2011) –Charlotte Family Yoga Center (CFYC) is pleased to announce the hosting of Charlotte’s only free yoga all day event. The center is offering all of its regularly scheduled classes free to the community this weekend. We will also have our restorative workshop at a reduced rate of 40% off that day. Check out the center on Saturday if you are looking for a deal, as we will offer 15% off all class packages.

Leading the restorative workshop on Saturday is one of CFYC’s instructors Cynthia Pensiero. Pensiero. Gisela Crider and Janet Barrett, licensed massage therapist will replenish the soul at 40% off with live music and hands on massage. “We hope the community will come and experience this wonderful practice called yoga,” said Pensiero.  “The beauty is that people often come to yoga for the stretch, and leave with a lot more and we at Charlotte Family Yoga Center hope to share our true passion for making a difference in our community,” said Cevallos, owner.

International Yoga Day is celebrated throughout the world and this Saturday is our donation to that observance.

For CFYC owner Diane Cevallos this just another way to give back to the community, “As a community-based studio, I want to make sure we are connecting with all type of people in the community. This special day allows our center and its instructors to contribute to the international cause that often times raises money for charities. This Saturday we hope to raise awareness of how yoga can bring the community together through yoga practice.”

Available on International yoga day to help our yoga moms and dads is child care – we are Charlotte’s only studio to offer
on-site child care in a wonderful environment for your child. Our Affordable Child care is available this day for only $2 per child. The community can register early for the event online at under the events tab.
